The right to free use of the motorway is realized on the basis of the Rulebook on toll collection system on motorways, highways and facilities with collection in the FB&H SN 53/15 and the Rulebook on changes to the toll collection system on motorways, highways and buildings with collection in the FB&H SN 47 / 16
In the group of vehicles exempt from toll payment are included:
a) Red Cross vehicles, pursuant to Article 19, paragraph 1. Count 4 of the FB&H Red Cross Act – for vehicles with a red cross,
b) Vehicles exempted on the basis of contracts concluded between the Council of Ministers of B&H and the Government of FB&H with international institutions – only for EUFOR and NATO,
c) Roadside assistance vehicles with identification ID, only in the case of interventions on the highway and highway – only with the prior announcement of the COKP,
d) Vehicles of the armed forces of Bosnia and Herzegovina
e) Vehicles of disabled persons with 80% or more of physical injuries or persons with physical impairment resulting in disability of the lower limbs of 60% or more – only for natural persons for one vehicle owned by him and only for vehicles I Categories,
f) Vehicles of associations and federations of organizations of persons with disabilities in the Federation of BiH who are registered in an association or association,
g) Civil protection vehicles – only for vehicles with a characteristic,
h) Ambulance – medical vehicles – all vehicles marked M1 and SC,
i) Vehicles of the Ministry of Defense of Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Armed Forces of Bosnia and Herzegovina at the request of the Ministry of Defense of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Ministry of Interior, Intelligence Security Agency of B&H, administrative organizations within the Ministry of Security (Directorate for Coordination of Police Bodies in B&H, Border Police in B&H, State Investigation and Protection Agency, Agency for Forensic Testing and Expertise, Foreign Service, Education and Training Development Agency and Police Support Agency),
j) Vehicles of the International Commission on Missing Persons,
k) Vehicles owned by the Central Bank of Bosnia and Herzegovina when administered by officials of the Ministry of Security of B&H – Directorate for Coordination of Police Bodies in B&H,
l) Fire vehicles – only special vehicles with a characteristic.
In order to exercise the right to exemption from toll payment, users other than a group of vehicles specified in subparagraphs b), c), d) and e) are obliged to provide an ACC TAG device specially programmed for free passes.
The manager’s vehicles do not pay tolls, but the realized turnover of the vehicle’s passage is calculated and paid by VAT in accordance with the VAT regulations.
The amount of VAT obligation, the manager is obliged to calculate and pay for all vehicles that are exempt from paying tolls under Article 98 of the Act.
Request for Toll Exemption on motorways, highways and facilities with collection in the Federation of B&H
Legal / natural persons who wish to obtain exemption from toll payment on motorways, highways and buildings with collection in the Federation of B&H PC Highways FB&H ltd. Mostar submit a request that should contain:
a) Disabled vehicles:
- Request for a toll exemption order here
- Certified copy of the decision of the competent authority on the percentage of physical damage, with the revision of the validity clause
- Certified copy of driver’s license
- A certified copy of a traffic permit, a vehicle registration certificate or a proprietary license
b) Vehicles of associations of persons with disabilities:
- Certified copies of the decision of the line ministry or the decision on entry into the court register
- Notice on the classification of business and other entities by activity
- A certified copy of a traffic permit, a vehicle registration certificate or a proprietary license
c) Other vehicles:
- All other vehicles, along with the request for a toll exemption, shall provide a certified copy of the traffic permit, vehicle registration certificate or proprietary license
Invalid payment for tolls for disabled persons can only be realized for one vehicle owned by a disabled person.
On the basis of the submitted documentation of PC Motorways FB&H ltd. Mostar issues a Decision on the Toll Exemption on motorways, highways and buildings with collection in the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina for a period of one year from the date of the decision.
